Prior to real estate Wayne was in retail sales where he was a recognized regional leader in associate development, customer service, team building and strategic planning in the optical field. He spent the last fourteen years in consultative sales listening to and then filling the needs of his clients. Wayne's extensive background with customer relationships, developed the expertise to adapt to individual clients requirements in the real estate market.

In Wayne's own words,"My wife and I have spent thirty years enjoying each other's company. She is my strength, my support, and my best friend. I have two children, a daughter and a son; both have given us two grandchildren each. We have lived for in Conroe for nineteen years on seven acres raising horses and relishing the country life. For hobbies I enjoy woodworking, in sports I attained a black belt in Kung Fu and in Kuk Sool Won. My daughter is also a black belt in American Karate as is her husband. I am a veteran of the U.S.Army where I served as a OH58 helicopter repairman in Kitzingen,Germany.

Wayne enjoys being an active member of our community and appreciates the opportunities to serve and connect with others. His involvement as a Diplomat with the Greater Conroe/Lake Conroe Chamber of Commerce affords current information about our area. His other strong passion is for the Conroe Noon Lions Club. This wonderful charity organization gives back to the community everyday. Wayne was accepted into Montgomery County's Guardian Angel Program.

Megan Bock graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University in 2005 with a Bachelor’s Degree in education. She grew up in Sugar Land, Texas and came to Aggieland in 2001. Megan married her college sweetheart, Gabe Bock – Aggie Class of ’03 and now host of TexAgs Radio – just before her last semester in college on December 18, 2004. Gabe and Megan chose to remain in Bryan-College Station after college and have never left. After teaching fifth grade science at Cypress Grove Intermediate School for six years, Megan transitioned into working as an administrative assistant at Grace Bible Church. Then shortly following the birth of their second child, Megan decided to take a little time off to be with Ella & Easton. During this time is when her passion to pursue Real Estate full time began. Megan jumped at the opportunity to display her love for serving people through Real Estate. Megan is an Accredited Buyers Representative and E-Pro certified. In 2014 Megan completed 79 transactions and was the TM5 “Leasing Agent of the Year” with 67 completed leases and over 2 million in sales. I have been a part of the Brazos Valley since 1983. I began my career in Retail Management and a Branch Manager of 3 bands for over 20 years, ad have had the opportunity to be part of so many people's lives. Many customers have followed me through my career and have become really good friends. My husband Dell Seiter is the Branch Manager for Academy Mortgage. This gives us the chance to work together with many clients. I have been in the Real Estate world for about 10 years now.
