Oueteka Estelle Marshall, born in 1983, began her journey in the world of real estate in a unique way. She was adopted by the Bells in 1990, and little did she know that her life would be forever intertwined with the world of property. Her adoptive parents, both Real Estate Brokers, provided her with an early exposure to the intricacies of the real estate market. Becoming the office secretary at 13, taught her responsibilities of all parts of real estate at a young age. Soon all 7 of her siblings had their real estate license.
