My professional inspection history began with 22 years of experience in commercial real estate development and operations. I have been licensed as a TREC professional real estate inspector since 2010. I specialize in first time home buyers, phase construction, and offer a maintenance guide for new home buyers as well as current home owners. I built my own home in 2003 and have a vast understanding of all the components and what it takes to own and maintain one. Because a home purchase is one of the greatest investments a homeowner can make, I take great pride in helping the new home owners become accustomed to what it takes to maintain their new home.
